Please contact us within 7 business days receiving your package/parcel if you have any questions.

 Return / Refund Order 

1. If the product is damaged or does not match your order, please email us within 7 business days of receiving the item. We will process your return or exchange immediately. In this case, we will cover the shipping cost.

2. If a package is returned due to buyer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed delivery), the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.

3.The packaging of the product may have stains or damage upon arrival, and returns due to packaging damage will not be accepted.

 Cancel Order 

Cancelling an order incurs a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
